SOLUTION FOCUSED THERAPY -
One basic assumption in solution based therapy focuses on the logic of small changes. Often we become stuck in a way of living which is not healthy or productive. Small change can lead to bigger and more productive changes; as one person in a relationship changes, the relationship itself is changed. In this way, it is not always necessary for both individuals in a couple to come in for couple's therapy, or for all members in a family to come in for family therapy.
In addition to providing a safe and professional environment for the exploration of troubling issues, Dr. Keish has been trained in adjunct therapies offering a more customized approach for each individual. She has been specifically trained with EEG biofeedback or neurofeedback therapy, interactive metronome, and hypnotherapy.
